Emily and Matt had their special day on the properties of Woolverton Inn in Stockton NJ. We absolutely love these venue / inns that’s practically a one-stop-shop for the couples and their wedding party. Having a luxury cottage and guest rooms to spend the weekend with the bride and groom is just an extended party! Let’s face it, one wedding reception is way too short spending with loved ones. The advantages of having the bride and groom stay the weekend on the same venue as the wedding and reception means no one arrives late, no travel time during the wedding day, and everyone is relaxed.
It took seconds of showing up and greeting Emily and Matt to feel so relaxed around them as well because of their energy. Emily practically smiled all day and you could see the absolute excitement for living a fairy tale dream with her dress, veil, shoes, jewelry, amazing venue, and of course, Matt! She was so bubbly and we really work off the bride’s energy and capture all of her emotions and with all of the people surrounding her. When a bride is so happy to prance around in her wedding dress, we’re also doing the happy dance behind our cameras.
Woolverton in is such a charming property with more locations for portraits than one has time for. We could have easily spent all day photographing the couple around this venue. Fortunately we love to break up the photo time into smaller chunks of time throughout the day to make sure the couple gets to enjoy what is actually happening around them. You could tell from their chemistry they just really cared the most being next to each other and snuggling for the camera! We absolutely loved this Woolverton Inn wedding!
