Our lovely couple Kristine and Josh are getting married in New Jersey, however because they are currently stationed in Texas and can’t travel, we flew to them for their engagement session! We will go any distance for our couples, literally and figuratively. We started the session at the beautiful Japanese Tea Garden in San Antonio. We’ve been to a few Japanese gardens (even in Tokyo), but this might be the nicest one so far! It has a lot of elevation changes to make the entire landscape really unique. The couple was so cute and playful, especially Josh who was so excited to practice his skills at picking up and spinning Kristine.
Our second location was the Pearl Brewery, which we found out doesn’t actually exist in that location, only a bunch of shops and cafes. It was still a beautiful walk on the property and plenty of photo opportunities. We were very lucky to have scheduled this trip right in the midst of Winter storm Harper, since the weather was absolutely perfect down South. We had so much fun with this couple, we know their wedding day will be a delicious piece of cake!
